    Friendly staff. Convenient location. Although I do most of banking online, I still visit this branch from time to time, for transactions that I can't do online. It's great to have that options, both online and offline.

    Christopher Shannon and his firm handled our recent home purchase. At the outset, the purchase was expected to be standard and straightforward. However, an unexpected deficiency in the insurance of the building made the insurance unacceptable to the lender and substantially complicated the transaction. Christopher did an outstanding job helping us resolve this complication. He was willing to explore all options for resolving the problem, articulated the pros and cons very clearly, and was very effective in negotiating the resolution that we wanted. He and his staff were patient, courteous and, professional, all of which contributed to very pleasant interactions. I would strongly recommend him as a real estate attorney.

    I just used H&R Block for the first time. I was very impressed how friendly everyone was at the office. TED, my tax preparer, was so extremely helpful, thorough and considerate from the moment that I met him. I will ONLY go to him next year.

    Derek Vannah was extremely helpful when my roommates and I were looking for an apartment. He made to sure to make us a priority, and took note of all of our apartment requests. Searching for apartments can be very stressful, but Derek made the process easy and was very accommodating throughout every step of the way! Additionally, the Metro Realty management team is readily available when needed. Would highly recommend working with Metro Realty and Derek...I know we will be!
